The Ops Manager will report directly to the NA Solution Line Operations Director, but will matrix into the Solutions Line Leader. About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Services Operations Manager to join our team. The Ops Manager will report directly to the NA Solution Line Operations Director, but will matrix into the Solutions Line Leader. The Ops Mgr will provide operational governance and be a critical part in optimizing our operational performance, which will include helping manage the day to day operations, managing cost, leading commits, driving continuous improvement, and partnering closely with cross functional teams .
- Monitor and evaluate operational performance and drive continuous improvement
- Jointly drive budgeting, financial forecasting, and cycle of monthly account processes with finance that impact the Solution Lines
- Drive SL commit and Practice Leader forecast s
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement costing strategies that align with business objectives and financial goals.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor's degree (B. A. or B.S. ) from four-year college or university
- Minimum of 5 years related field service operations experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proven experience in services operations management, costing, forecasting, and process optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations.
