About The Role
We're in search of a dynamic Partner Business Development Manager who can take us to the next level! As part of our team, you'll have the chance to work collaboratively with our partners to identify and bring in new business. You'll also leverage your skills to develop unique marketing programs that cater to each customer category and selling platform. By employing competitive strategies that drive vendor partnerships, pricing, and merchandising, you'll be an integral part of our growth and success. Along the way, you will get to:
- Engage with vendor partners to strengthen relationships, facilitating partnering activities and programs resulting in positive sales growth.
- Meet sales and activity performance goals, including pipeline reports by opportunity. Communicate monthly summaries of wins, losses, inhibitors, and net-new opportunities to management.
- Maintain direct communications with inside and field sales management, promoting collaboration with partner sales teams through face-to-face or virtual meetings.
- Implement internally created call campaigns using business intelligence to identify new areas of opportunities. Track, measure, and report campaign success.
- Present information to top management, public groups, and Quarterly Business Reviews. Attend company, vendor, and publisher trainings and webinars.

- Bachelor’s Degree from a 4-year college or university.
- 5-7 years of related professional work experience and/or training.
- 5 years of related IT sales experience and vendor knowledge.
- Must have advanced Excel skills.
