About the role

Leadership:The Practice Lead for this role is Christopher Scolt. Based in Perth, Chris leads the Business Applications team in our Western Region and is passionate about fostering team spirit and enabling team members to reach their potential through learning and development. The Business Applications team is focussed on providing services and delivering solutions based on Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Microsoft 365.

As aSenior Architect, Dynamics 365 CRM & Power Platformwith Insight, you willown and drive challenging projects and work with customers to understand functional and business requirements and design appropriate solutions.We will count on you tobe an SME for strategic client opportunities and provide leadership and technical support to your teammates.

As a hands-on Senior Architectyou will get to be:

• Assisting with developing new solution offerings, including training plans and sales enablement
• Researching and evaluating client systems and architecture; drawing conclusions; and developing recommendations in accordance with engagement objectives
• Discussing project scope and budget with the customer and directing project scope to be able to be implemented on time and budget without sacrificing quality
• Acting as a team lead on large engagements taking ownership of the project outcome and quality
• Identifying and resolving project issues with clients
• Writing proposal components or letters of understanding, as needed, and responding to RFPs and other marketing situations
• Working with internal personnel to define service opportunities, and develop standards of delivery, templates, and standard work products to meet internal and external delivery expectations
• Leading identification of business and technical requirements
• Implementing technologies and solutions based on designs
• Planning own and team's work to meet given objectives and processes
• Demonstrating analytical and systematic approach to problem solving and mentoring team members to follow this/her approach

We are looking for a Senior Architectwith the following capabilities:

Consultative:

• Demonstrable experiencearchitecting,designing, andimplementingadvanced technical solutions
• Work with our customers to understandfunctional and business requirementsand make appropriate technology recommendations
• Strong ability to cultivate relationships with partners, suppliers in order to develop and share understanding of technology roadmaps
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate both technical and abstract concepts in a clear and concise manner
• Highly developed conceptual and analytical skills combined with sound judgement
• Proven ability to develop technical requirements based on business imperatives
• Ability to write quality high level and detailed architectural diagrams, strategic roadmaps and technical documentation that communicate customer vision
• Understanding of project budgets, financials, and commercials
• Ability to manage and mentor other team members
• Ability to interface effectively with client executives in a professional and business-like manner
• Deliver strategic consultancy services including enterprise maturity assessments, roadmaps and technology platform evaluations.
• Develop and maintain effective customer and user relationships, including representing Insight at conferences, User Groups and other marketing/PR activities as appropriate
• Previous consulting/professional services experience is required

Technical:

• Expert level understanding of at least 2 of the Dynamics 365 First Party Applications
• Expert level understanding and hands on experience with Power Automate and Canvas Apps.
• Working knowledge with hands on experience with Power BI, Power Pages and AI Builder
• Experience with complex CRM configuration and customisation including integration and data migration.
• Experience in Dynamics CRM functional consulting
• Best practice and implementation with Application Lifecycle Management
• Experience with Power Platform Centre of Excellence Toolkit
