About the role
As a Renewal Specialist II, you will be responsible for reconciling client renewal contract data, preparing proactive renewal quotes, and processing subsequent sales orders. We will count on you to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders including sales, vendor partners and clients to build relationships. Along the way, you will get to:
- Be responsible for managing a book of business including selling and expanding maintenance renewals by conducting research, verifying maintenance renewal data, gather pricing information, generating renewal quotations including additional revenue opportunities prior to expiration
- Work in coordination with sales to proactively pursue maintenance renewals and develop new client leads
- Reconcile contract information with internal and external stakeholders including clients, vendors, and members of the sales department
- Provide accurate pricing guidance to internal and external stakeholders including sales representatives and clients

What we're looking for
- Two-year college degree and/or 2-3 years equivalent relevant business experience; and/or equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable
- Relevant experience with customer account services, vendor, and client relationships, including maintenance support and/or contract renewals preferred
- Relevant experience in technology industry preferred
- Must demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders including sales, vendor partners and clients
