Insight Marketing Design is growing and we’re looking for a social media marketer with graphic design experience producing marketing visuals for digital mediums.

Insight is a full-service advertising agency – which means we provide a full gamut of services. Branding, design, video production, web development, research, strategy, digital and social – yeah, we have a lot of hats and we wear them often.
What You’ll Do
As a social media marketer, you will work closely with our lead social media strategist to create eye-catching visuals across various channels to support our clients’ marketing initiatives. You will also collaborate with other departments, such as digital marketing and web.
Insight manages clients throughout North America and in this role you will be working with multiple clients in a wide variety of industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of current online marketing strategies and trends with the ability to create well-designed supporting graphics. Must be organized and able to manage time effectively.
This role requires someone who is creative and can identify, create, manage and deliver content using a range of techniques (static / animated / simple short video), across channels. Must have graphic design capabilities and be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite tools (Photoshop, Illustrator).
Requirements & Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of online social marketing and good understanding of major social channels
- Create graphics, edit photos or video, write copy that results in effective and compelling social communication tailored to each platform
- Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
- Write clear, concise and grammatically correct copy using writing styles that adhere to brand voice, is aligned to brand strategy, for a variety of client industries (i.e. commercial, agriculture, government, finance, healthcare systems, etc.)
- Research market trends and developments relevant to campaign subject matter
- Detail-oriented, multi-tasker – Juggle multiple projects at once and pivot to others as needed
- Creativity, attention to detail, adaptability and marketing knowledge are required
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of current working experience in social media, graphic design and digital content creation
- Advertising Agency experience is highly desirable
- Bachelor Degree in design, marketing or a related field
- Candidates will be required to present a portfolio of work that demonstrates ability to write and produce visual content for online mediums
- Social media certifications from Meta Blueprint, LinkedIn Marketing Labs, HubSpot Academy, or similar platforms are a plus
- Short-form video creation or basic animation skills are a plus (we prioritize tools in the Adobe Creative Suite over Canva and CapCut)

This is a full-time salaried position that works closely with our Senior Social Media Strategist on a day-to-day basis with formal reporting structure to the Digital Services and Creative Directors.
