Role Overview:
As a Business Support Coordinator, you’ll assist in documenting internal processes, coordinating workload management, supporting financial and data-related tasks, developing presentations, and occasionally engaging with clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Document internal workflows, processes, and standard operating procedures
- Assist with workload and project coordination to ensure timely task completion
- Support financial data entry, reporting, and light analytics
- Develop polished, professional presentations and supporting materials
- Help maintain administrative systems for efficiency and accuracy
- Participate in occasional client communications and scheduling
- Proactively suggest improvements to systems and processes
Position Details:
Role: Part-Time Business Support Coordinator
Location: Remote / Hybrid – must be available for collaboration meetings as needed
Hours: Flexible, Estimated 16-20 hours per week

Requirements:
Must be proficient in Excel, and Microsoft Office Suite. Previous experience in financial and data analytics, project coordination, and presentation development is required. Knowledge of QBO (Quickbooks online) a plus.

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
