Full Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team.
We prioritize individualized care for all of our clients. We value collaboration with other community providers. Our caseloads are balanced so we can meet frequently with families for caregiver sessions, provide close supervision to technicians, and at times direct services to clients as a BCBA. We provide support groups, workshops, and other community events for clients and the community. Our team meets frequently for training and professional growth. We value your time and compensate for both direct and indirect activities.
Are you a new BCBA?
We provide mentorship and supervision to new BCBAs. We tailor your caseload and meet frequently with you to support your professional growth.
Duties:
- Conduct assessments to identify behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions and strategies
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care
- Train and supervise behavior technicians and other staff members
-At times provide direct patient care through behavioral therapy sessions
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes
-15-20 billable hours per week available, depending on location (Full time hours available across locations)
Locations: Clayton Clinic and surrounding areas for home based services.
Requirements:
Experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities
Knowledge of behavioral assessment tools and data collection methods (knowledge of PEAK and VB-MAPP preferred)
Strong understanding of principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Excellent written and verbal skills; detail oriented
Board Certified Behavior Analyst, BCBA Certification (Required)
NC LBA (Required)
Master’s Degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field (Required)
Driver's License (Required)
Basic Life Support Certification (Preferred)
