What are the responsibilities and job description for the Outpatient Clinician position at Insights Training Group, LLC?
We are currently looking for an outpatient fee-for-service therapist to join our team who has experience and previous training treating eating disorders. We currently have a waiting list of clients within this population and are looking to expand our current eating disorder team. This position is an opportunity to train with an eating disorder and anxiety specialist and build specialized competency in these areas. This position is hybrid and requires at least 1-2 in person days per week at our office in Rye, NH.
Expectations for this position:
Experience and some training treating individuals with eating disorders diagnoses is required
Competency with evidence-based treatments such as CBT is required
Collaboration with collateral contacts (dietitians, primary care providers, psychiatrists) is required
Interest or experience treating OCD, anxiety, and related disorders is preferred
Ability to work with all ages across the lifespan is preferred
Passion for providing culturally competent, inclusive care and is LGBTQIA aligned
Strong organization and communication skills
Timely and accurate documentation skills
Position is:
Full (20 sessions/ week) or Part time (<20 sessions/ week)
Open to licensed (1099) or pre-licensed clinicians (w2)
Hybrid, In person location in Rye, NH
Flexible hours based on your availability
Monthly in person clinical consultation group

Annual stipend for continuing education and professional development
Weekly clinical supervision provided by NH Board of Mental Health approved supervisor (LCMHC) is provided for those who are accruing hours towards licensure
Monthly individual meetings provided for licensed clinicians
