Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Home Care Nurse to provide compassionate and personalized care to patients in their homes. The ideal candidate will have a strong medical background and be passionate about improving the quality of life for those in need.
Responsibilities
- Administer treatments such as botulinum toxin injections and ostomy care
- Perform dialysis procedures as needed
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and provide appropriate medical interventions
- Collaborate with physicians to develop and implement patient care plans
- Manage cases, including coordinating with other healthcare professionals for comprehensive care
- Provide education and support to patients and their families on treatment plans and self-care techniques
Experience
- Previous experience in hospital or home care settings is preferred
- Proficiency in internal medicine practices
- Knowledge of workers compensation laws and regulations
- Familiarity with case management principles
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Experience in travel nursing is a plus
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $63.74 - $66.79 per hour
