Overview
Under the direction of the Unit Manager, participates in assessing, planning and implementing resident care. Supports the mission and nursing philosophy
Graduation from an accredited Registered Nurse Program or Licensed Practice Nursing program; current license to practice as an LPN or RN in the State of Montana; ability to learn and retain pertinent information; have a current telephone number.

Responsibilities
- Conduct health coaching and education for patients
- Perform patient assessments and provide care in areas such as acute care, infant care, and working with people with disabilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Assist with dialysis procedures and tube feeding
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Participate in discharge planning and follow-up care
- Work in diverse clinical settings including Level I Trauma Centers, PICUs, and other specialized units
Requirements
- Valid LPN license in the state of practice
- Proficiency in patient assessment and care delivery
- Experience in acute care settings is preferred
- Knowledge of health coaching principles and practices
- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with PICU operations and discharge planning processes
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $42.11 - $43.90 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 36 per week
