Position: Seasonal Production Assistant - Part Time/Exempt
Reports to: Executive Producer

Job Summary:

Primary Job Duties:
- Be part of a collaborative creative team in the creation and display of video board, fascia board and broadcast elements that work in a variety of aspect ratio’s and formats.
- Gain hands on experience on various broadcast control room positions including but not limited to:
- Ross Acuity Production Switcher
- Ross Xpression (Graphics)
- Ross Kiva (video playback)
- Evertz Dreamcatcher (Replay)
- Ross Dashboard
- Advance your skills in graphic animation, photo/video editing and more, utilizing Adobe Suite and associated programs
- Contribute to live events during the preproduction, execution and post event summary phases
- Work across multiple departments from within the stadium, organization, and production team, to produce one unified customer friendly event.
Required Abilities and Skills:
- Working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Cloud, including, but not limited to, Premier, After Effects, Photoshop, Light Room and InDesign
- Control Room experience preferred but not required
- Sports knowledge is preferred but not required
- A demo reel or portfolio is preferred to accompany your application
- Flexibility with work varying schedules including evenings, holidays, and weekends
- Ability to sit and/or stand for 8 hours
- Ability to lift up to 30lbs
