Job Title: Seasonal Scottsdale Parking Associate
Position Summary:
The Scottsdale Parking Associate is a seasonal position from January 2025-February 2025. This position assists in our operations at Barrett Jackson Car Auction and the Arabian Horse Show, located at Westworld in Scottsdale Arizona. The Parking Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service and assisting with parking-related operation in a busy environment. Including but not limited to, efficient parking management, guiding vehicles, and ensuring a smooth experience for visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide courteous and friendly service to patrons, answering questions and assisting with any parking-related issues.
- Monitoring Parking Areas: Keep an eye on parking areas for safety and security, ensuring vehicles are parked in compliance with regulations.
- Report Issues: Report any mechanical issues or hazards in the parking lot to the supervisor.
- Assist with Traffic Flow: Managing vehicle flow during busy periods, ensuring that cars can enter and exit safely.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous customer service or parking experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with the public in a professional manner.
- The ability to remain calm and professional under pressure, especially during busy times.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic problem-solving skills and the ability to handle parking-related challenges.
Schedule and Hours:
- This is a seasonal position, typically with flexible hours, including evenings, and weekends,
- The duration of the employment will vary, depending on the seasonal demand.
