InSite Health is a fast-growing, tech-based behavioral health company committed to providing innovative solutions that empower communities. We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support our HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and general HR operations.

Position Overview

The HR Coordinator will be a vital part of our team, assisting in recruitment, maintaining HR records, ensuring compliance, and supporting employee onboarding and offboarding. This role is perfect for an organized, proactive professional with a passion for HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support full-cycle recruitment: post job openings, screen candidates, and schedule interviews.
  • Conduct pre-employment verifications, including background and reference checks.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines.
  • Ensure accurate and secure maintenance of HR records.
  • Assist in HR audits and compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws.
  • Support benefits administration, payroll coordination, and HRIS data entry.
  • Facilitate new hire onboarding, including offer letters, documentation collection, and orientation coordination.
  • Conduct new employee orientation on company policies, culture, and expectations.
  • Assist with ongoing training initiatives for employee development.
  • Manage offboarding, including exit interviews, system access revocation, and final paperwork.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR coordination, recruitment, or administrative HR functions.
  • Knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and best practices.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms (preferred).
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification (preferred but not required).
