As an Account Manager, you will generate, qualify, and close new business opportunities. You will also develop and execute successful sales campaigns and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals. This role requires strong prioritization, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
How you can take Ownership of this role:
- Drive new business sales through a combination of inbound lead follow-up, outbound prospecting, and target account identification
- Generate high-quality sales leads and maintain consistent communication with potential clients throughout the sales cycle
- Monitor lead status and ensure timely and accurate communication within the organization
- Assist the Marketing team with promotional activities and special events to generate leads
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through consistent prospecting efforts
- Conduct timely follow-up on emails, phone calls, and other forms of outreach
- Stay abreast of industry trends and proactively identify solutions for potential clients
What you will bring to the table:
- 3-5 years of professional experience in sales or a related field
- Proven experience in lead generation and sales closure
- Expertise in various outreach methods, including phone, email, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels
- Excellent time management, organizational, and data entry skills
- Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint

- Experience with Contact Center operations and terminology
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot
