Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute audit engagements for various clients
- Manage multiple audit teams and projects simultaneously
- Review audit work papers and financial statements
- Communicate with clients regarding audit findings and recommendations
- Mentor and develop junior staff members
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Ensure compliance with professional standards and firm policies
- Contribute to the firm's quality control processes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (Master's preferred)
- CPA certification
- 7 years of public accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, GAAS, and other relevant accounting standards
- Experience with audit software and data analytics tools
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
