Job Description:
As an Audit Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and leading audit engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients. You will be responsible for overseeing audit teams, ensuring high-quality work, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead audit engagements from planning to completion.
- Supervise and mentor audit staff, providing guidance and support.
- Review and analyze financial statements, internal controls, and audit workpapers.
- Interact directly with clients, addressing their needs and building strong relationships.
- Stay updated on accounting and auditing standards and best practices.
- Contribute to business development and client acquisition efforts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; CPA certification is preferred.
- 5 years of experience in public accounting with a focus on audits.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP, GAAS, and auditing standards.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Leadership and team management abilities.
