InSite, LLC, a Washington D.C. based real estate technology company, is seeking a Client Account Manager. InSite is a leading provider of innovative enterprise analytics and actionable business intelligence solutions for building owners and operators to enhance decision-making, improve operational performance, and reduce energy and carbon consumption in the built environment. The company is private equity backed and rapidly growing.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Reports to the Vice President of Client Accounts;
- Leads a portfolio of client accounts with a current value ~$750K, owning the client relationship and acting as the client’s representative in the firm;
- Responsible for defining client goals and coordinating internal resources to deliver and exceed them;
- Builds strong client relationships to maintain and grow existing business;
- Responsible for the financial performance of the accounts, including invoicing, accounts receivable, top line growth, gross margin delivery, and cost control;
- Supports the VP to drive operational excellence, and shared best practice through InSite’s Energy and Building Optimization Managed Services;
- Generates case studies and marketing materials and collateral, to drive sales and acquire new customers and logos; and,
- Performs additional responsibilities as dictated by business needs.
Requirements:
- Minimum three to five years of relevant practical experience in client/account management in or around the built environment or enterprise technologies;
- Undergraduate or graduate degree in relevant field of study, preferred;
- PMP certification or equivalent Project delivery experience, highly desirable;
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage projects from inception through execution;
- Articulate communicator with exceptional people skills to lead and mobilize diverse internal and external groups;
- Collaborator who enjoys a fast-paced, intellectually stimulating work environment;
- A passion for sustainability, energy efficiency and climate action;
- Resourceful problem solver with proven ability to conceptualize and implement effective technology-based initiatives;

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
