Corrpro Companies is looking for an Accounts Receivable Clerk / Admin for our Manufacturing facility.
Corrpro is the largest US corrosion engineering, cathodic protection, and corrosion monitoring business for the protection and preservation of infrastructure. Corrpro provides professional corrosion consulting and cathodic protection engineering services to major oil companies, gas utilities, government agencies, municipal water, sewer utilities, and public transportation agencies. Corrpro is a subsidiary of Azuria Water Solutions Company.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor or Associate degree with 2 years related experience or 5 years related experience without a degree
- Experience processing invoices, credits and charges
- Letter of Credit and Bonds experience preferred
- Comfortable participating in department cash calls
- Experience contacting customers regarding late invoices or questions
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and Outlook required
- Experience with ERP, preferably with JDEdwards

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process invoices and shipping confirmations for Material Sales
- Send invoices to customer by email or load invoices into Customer Portals where applicable
- Follow up on Aging A/R and provide supporting documentation / make corrections, as needed
- Code and post ACH's and wires, process remote deposits for checks received
- Maintain merchant service account, process credit card payments and allocate monthly fees
- Research cash application or other A/R issues as needed during the normal course of business
- Responsible for all JDE A/R customer maintenance
- Maintain other A/R areas including A/R clearings, W/O of A/R, A/P-A/R offsets
- Update and distribute daily invoicing and new order reports
- Prepare A/R related account reconciliation
- Assist with monthly, quarterly and yearly closing processes and monthly, quarterly and yearly reconciliations
- Assist with preparation of management reporting schedules and audit papers for outside yearly audits
- Support Manufacturing location with onboarding paperwork for new employees, liaison for employee benefits and HR needs
- Schedule Open Enrollment and annual Bio Metric screening meetings
