- Building, inspecting, testing, troubleshooting, repairing and integrating system modules, subsystems, air vehicles and ground control station (GCS) systems.
- Performing troubleshooting and preventative maintenance of product and test equipment.
Build, repair, troubleshoot, and test electro-mechanic assemblies including cables and PCBs. - Assist with pilot builds of new products and documents procedural and fixturing requirements for manufacturing application.
- Review and complete business and required documentation, including technical work instructions, check lists, quality documentation.
- Use and maintain hand and/or power tools.
- Perform minor cosmetic touch up work including painting and surface repairs of carbon and metal structures.
- Assist and/or perform engine testing including but not limited to acceptance test procedure, fuel consumption measurement, limited troubleshooting and repair of field equipment.
