Job Title: Sales Administrator
Job Summary: Responsible for supporting the sales team by performing sales administration activities including customer quotes, equipment tracking, coordinating logistics, purchase order generation, and billing of all sales. This position requires excellent customer interaction with both internal and external customers.
Reports to: Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate strong communication skills to provide accurate support to the sales team and management
· Receive signed customer equipment quotes which specify the equipment purchased, work to be performed, relative time table, and price
· Review customer equipment quotes for completeness
· Assist customers by telephone, email, or in-person, to complete necessary paperwork for purchase transactions
· Ensure system generated purchase orders are received by the vendor and all needs are communicated
· Process sales contracts, invoices, credit applications, and sales/finance reporting
· Schedules trucking and or shipping of equipment to customer sites
· Submit regular details of lost sale activities and evaluate the result of such lost sales
· Utilize business system to maintain documentation, tracking, recording, and follow-up of all sales related activity in a timely and accurate manner
· Files warranty registrations and maintains warranty data in business system
· Maintain accurate inventory records
· Work closely with internal departments (i.e. Service, Parts, Rentals, Installation, etc.) to coordinate key initiatives in support of the customer and to achieve superior customer satisfaction
· Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Insley McEntee’s values in all interactions with customer’s, co-workers, and vendors
Requirements:
· Experience processing detailed paperwork
· Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
· Basic working knowledge of computer processes is necessary for day to day operations
· Experience and competency in Microsoft Office Suite
· Must have excellent communication and customer service skills
Hours:
· Regular business hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $26.00 per hour
