Job Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Reach out to potential customers via phone calls to gather detailed requirements for their outdoor living projects.
- Project Design Collaboration: Work closely with customers to design and construct comprehensive material lists tailored to their specific needs, ensuring a clear understanding of the products and their applications.
- Sales Execution: Utilize your sales acumen to guide the customer through the purchasing process, confidently handling negotiations and closing sales to meet targets and drive company growth.
Job Requirements:
- Experience: 2 years in sales or customer service, preferably in e-commerce or a related industry.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities; capable of explaining complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Customer Service: Strong background in customer engagement and a proven track record of enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM software and other sales-related tools to track customer interactions and sales processes.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, from initiation to closure, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Negotiation Skills: Skilled in negotiation, with a knack for closing deals effectively and meeting sales targets.
- Adaptability: Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment and is adaptable to changing business needs.
