Job Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Reach out to potential customers via phone calls to gather detailed requirements for their outdoor living projects.
  • Project Design Collaboration: Work closely with customers to design and construct comprehensive material lists tailored to their specific needs, ensuring a clear understanding of the products and their applications.
  • Sales Execution: Utilize your sales acumen to guide the customer through the purchasing process, confidently handling negotiations and closing sales to meet targets and drive company growth.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience: 2 years in sales or customer service, preferably in e-commerce or a related industry.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities; capable of explaining complex information clearly and persuasively.
  • Customer Service: Strong background in customer engagement and a proven track record of enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM software and other sales-related tools to track customer interactions and sales processes.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, from initiation to closure, with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Negotiation Skills: Skilled in negotiation, with a knack for closing deals effectively and meeting sales targets.
  • Adaptability: Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment and is adaptable to changing business needs.
  • Problem Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on one’s feet and provide solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
