Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential customers through various channels, including door-to-door outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
  • Conduct presentations and demonstrations of products or services to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and share best practices.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape to effectively communicate value propositions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales or customer service; experience in energy or solar sales is a plus.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making.
  • Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse customer bases.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on building rapport with clients.
  • Leadership qualities that enable collaboration within a team environment.
  • Ability to work independently while managing time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for sustainability and renewable energy is preferred but not mandatory.
