Our expanding roster of club partners includes some of the world's top venues, delivering performances from globally renowned DJs backed by top-notch sound and visuals. Insomniac Clubs is a separate entity from Insomniac Events, focused on curating and managing unique nightlife experiences. While we share a passion for music and creating unforgettable experiences, Insomniac Clubs operates independently from Insomniac Events and has its own payroll, benefits and organizational structure.

THE ROLE

Bottle Servers cultivate a memorable experience for the Bottle Service VIP table guests. Servers prepare drinks, participate in bottle presentations, and share alcohol knowledge when making menu suggestions. Bottle servers are responsible for all credit card payments and cash accuracy within their assigned sections. They are responsible for communicating with the Table Service Assistants and Bottle Service Assistants to meet the guests’ requests and upsell additional bottles. The bottle servers are in continuous contact with guests, and therefore, they must maintain a fun, outgoing, approachable attitude and energy. All of the server’s duties contribute to Insomniac Clubs’ elevated VIP Table experiences.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet the host and guests at the VIP tables.
• Maintain personable and clear communication with the Head of the Table.
• Share knowledge about the menu and make elevated suggestions to upsell based on the client’s preferences.
• Maintain payment accuracy with both counting cash and credit card transactions.
• Exhibit POS accuracy.
• Set up and lead bottle presentations.
• Prepare guests’ drinks throughout the shift.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the tables.
• Properly close out all table transactions and retrieve accurate client signatures.
• Clean the tables after the guests leave and remove all alcohol from the tables.
• Complete all cash-out paperwork and numbers.
• Assist other servers with all duties and responsibilities.
• In addition to the responsibilities listed above, the employee may be assigned other duties or tasks as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 1 years of experience in Nightlife
• Demonstrated ability to drive premium bottle sales through strategic upselling and guest engagement.
• Ability to work Nigh Shift, Evening Shift & Weekends as needed

WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Must be able to tolerate loud noise levels & busy environments when at venues
• May work in drastic temperature climates when at venues
• Must be willing to travel to work during holidays, evening and weekend hours, as required

It assumes that the successful candidate will be in Colorado or perform the position from Colorado. Similar positions located outside of Colorado will not necessarily receive the same compensation. Our company takes into consideration a candidate’s education, training, and experience, as well as the position’s work location, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value, including seniority and merit systems, and internal pay alignment when determining the salary level for potential new employees. In compliance with the Colorado Law, a potential new employee’s salary history will not be used in compensation decisions.
