Insomniac’s West Coast Clubs Division is focused on creating a best-in-class experience for our Headliners. Our expanding roster of club partners includes some of the world's top venues, delivering performances from globally renowned DJs backed by top-notch sound and visuals. The diverse calendar of events celebrates the electronic dance music community and culture, offering an endless range of experiences. Insomniac’s West Coast Clubs Division includes venues such as Exchange, Academy LA, Time Nightclub, Bloom, and Nova SD.
THE ROLE
TSAs are responsible for maintaining the VIP bottle service tables. TSAs communicate with their assigned bottle server to meet the needs of the bottle service clients and participate in bottle presentations. TSAs are in continuous contact with guests, and therefore, they must maintain a fun, outgoing, approachable attitude and energy. All of the TSA’s duties contribute to Insomniac Clubs’ elevated VIP Table experiences.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Set up all VIP bottle service tables.
· Deliver ice buckets/glasses/juices to tables.
· Maintain the cleanliness of the tables.
· Restock the tables.
· Assist in bottle presentations (see guidelines in Logistics Manual).
· Clean all tables after the guests leave.
· 100% accuracy in knowledge of the table numbers and venue floor plans.
· Maintain a team-oriented mentality (assist other TSAs or servers when available).
· Maintain respectful and prompt radio etiquette.
· TSAs do not handle payments or input payments into the POS.
· In addition to the responsibilities listed above, the employee may be assigned other duties or tasks as needed.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
· Customer Service: 2 years (Preferred)
· Ability to work Nigh Shift, Evening Shift & Weekends as needed
WORK ENVIRONMENT
· Must be able to tolerate loud noise levels & busy environments when at venues
· May work in drastic temperature climates when at venues
· Must be willing to travel to work during holidays, evening and weekend hours, as required
