THE ROLE
Insomniac Events is seeking a highly motivated and proactive Operation Coordinator to join the Insomniac Music Group team in Los Angeles. This position will be hands-on experience in an exciting, fast-pace, friendly and inspired setting. This position reports to the Operations Manager and Director. This is not a remote position.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Day-to-day operations on several imprints including A&R management, distribution, and coordination with marketing for release rollouts
- Submit Accounts Receivable invoices to manager for approval while cataloging and allocating new expenses
- Allocate royalty statements & sales from various sources
- Meta-data entry, publishing & recording catalog management
- Coordinate with legal department to prepare & track status of paperwork
- Assisting in the preparation and delivery of label best-of and festival focused compilations & mixes
- Assisting with uploads of label content to platforms like Soundcloud and YouTube
- Coordinate new artist ingestion and release set up
- Coordinate with pub & sync team on various initiatives
- Other responsibilities and projects as provided by the Operations Manager and Director
QUALIFICATIONS
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Applicants for employment in the U.S. must possess work authorization, which does not require sponsorship by Insomniac for a visa.
Pay Rate Range : $20.00 - $26.00 USD
