Cleaner - Lakeland and winter haven

We are looking for a cleaner to help take care of our facilities and carry out cleaning and deep cleaning duties. The goal is to keep our buildings in clean and orderly condition. We are willing to train the right candidate!

General:

• Must have personal vehicle
• The ability to work Monday-Friday 5pm-1am and one weekend a month which will be discussed during interview.
• You would be working in the winterhaven at multiple locations.

Responsibilities:

• Clean, stock, and supply designated facility areas (cleaning, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, trash, etc.)
• Document any maintenance needs to the supervisor.
• Stock and maintain supply rooms
• Cooperate with the rest of the staff
• The ability to maintain a constant pace
• The willingness to learn and remember each account with the help of the supervisor

Skills:

• Proven working experience as a cleaner
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
• Integrity
