What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Cleaner position at Inspection Ready Commercial Cleaning?
We are looking for a cleaner to help take care of our facilities and carry out cleaning and deep cleaning duties. The goal is to keep our buildings in clean and orderly condition. We are willing to train the right candidate!
General:
- Must have personal vehicle
- The ability to work Monday-Friday 5:00pm-1am and one weekend a month which will be discussed during interview.
- You would be working at location doing multiple buildings at that locations.
Responsibilities:
- Clean, stock, and supply designated facility areas (cleaning, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, trash, etc.)
- Document any maintenance needs to the supervisor.
- Stock and maintain supply rooms
- Cooperate with the rest of the staff
- The ability to maintain a constant pace
- The willingness to learn and remember each account with the help of the supervisor
Skills:
- Proven working experience as a cleaner
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Integrity
