Job Description:We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Home Inspector to join our team. As a Home Inspector, you will play a crucial role in evaluating residential properties and providing comprehensive inspection reports to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Responsibilities:
- Conducting thorough inspections of residential properties, including single-family homes, condos, and multi-unit buildings.
- Evaluating the structural and mechanical systems of homes, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and more.
- Identifying potential issues, defects, safety hazards, and maintenance needs.
- Utilizing advanced tools and equipment to ensure accurate and precise assessments.
- Generating clear, concise, and detailed inspection reports for clients.
- Communicating findings and recommendations to clients in a professional and understandable manner.
- Providing exceptional customer service and addressing client questions or concerns.
- Staying up-to-date with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Valid home inspector license/certification in Texas.
- Previous experience as a home inspector preferred.
- Strong knowledge of residential construction, systems, and components.
- Excellent attention to detail and observational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient computer skills for generating reports.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of residential properties to assess their condition and identify any potential issues or defects
- Collect and document data related to the property's structure, systems, and components
- Utilize knowledge of construction management principles to evaluate the quality of workmanship and adherence to building codes and regulations
- Review contracts, blueprints, and schematics to understand the specifications and requirements of the property
- Prepare detailed inspection reports outlining findings, recommendations, and any necessary repairs or improvements
Qualifications:

- Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to clients
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics to understand construction plans
