As an Assistant Project Manager, you will support our Project Managers and Finance Operations while contributing to various impactful responsibilities. To be successful, you should have:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Construction, Engineering, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in the construction industry preferred, but not required
- Solid communication skills and ability to build relationships with team members and clients
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and anticipate potential obstacles
- Self-driven with a proactive approach and comfortable asking for help when needed
Your responsibilities as the Assistant Project Manager will include:
- Capture project progress through weekly reporting and photographs
- Attend and actively participate in client meetings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors
- Manage submittals, RFIs, and project documentation (PlanGrid, printouts, etc.)
- Assist with accounting tasks, including lien waivers and owner draws, and ensure safety standards are met
