As an Assistant Project Manager, you will support our Project Managers and Finance Operations while contributing to various impactful responsibilities. To be successful, you should have:        

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Construction, Engineering, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in the construction industry preferred, but not required
• Solid communication skills and ability to build relationships with team members and clients
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and anticipate potential obstacles
• Self-driven with a proactive approach and comfortable asking for help when needed

Your responsibilities as the Assistant Project Manager will include:        

• Capture project progress through weekly reporting and photographs
• Attend and actively participate in client meetings
• Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors
• Manage submittals, RFIs, and project documentation (PlanGrid, printouts, etc.)
• Assist with accounting tasks, including lien waivers and owner draws, and ensure safety standards are met
