As the Marketing Manager, you will oversee the production of advertising materials, collateral marketing systems, PR, and trade show participation. Your goal will be to advance the company’s revenue, market share, and profitability goals through brand/product demand generation and management. You will utilize your skills and talents to focus on brand promotion that aligns with the company’s market niche(s).
To thrive, you should have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with at least 10 years of progressively responsible experience in marketing or communications roles.
- Strong understanding of national and international market distribution, sales, and customer-focused marketing strategies, including hands-on experience with CRM systems and digital platforms.
- Advanced computer skills, including expertise in the MS Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), and familiarity with analytics tools.
- Proven ability to lead and work within diverse, cross-functional teams, effectively manage projects, and engage stakeholders across all organizational levels.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills combined with the ability to analyze market data, trends, and campaign performance to provide actionable insights.
Your responsibilities as the Marketing Manager will include:
- Create and implement innovative marketing plans and outreach programs, including compelling collateral, advertising, PR, and promotional efforts aligned with brand positioning and market goals.
- Manage brand visibility by coordinating trade show participation, logistics, booth design, and other promotional activities to enhance market presence.
- Conduct market research, analyze trends, and provide actionable product development and strategic planning recommendations.
- Manage the company’s web presence, digital marketing campaigns, and CRM system to drive customer engagement, track leads, and support online marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate on marketing plans, budgets, and expenditure monitoring to ensure cost efficiency and alignment with business goals.
