Minimum Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Previous bartending experience required
- ServSafe & TIPS or similar acceptable alcohol training certificate preferred
- Experience with and passion for working with seniors
- Experience with point-of-sale systems preferred

Provide outstanding customer service to all residents, family members, responsible persons, and visitors of residents in the residenceMaintain professional appearance at all timesComplete opening / closing duties according to protocols set forthPrepare drinks for residents and guests using recipes providedRecord any purchase of food or beverage into point-of-sale system accuratelyServe drinks to residents and guestsHave full knowledge of the entire food and drink menu, as well as daily specials, desserts, etc.Provide attentive service, focusing on residents' and guests' needsClear and clean tables when residents and guests leave, return dishes / glasses to the bar area to be washedWash all glassware and maintain a sanitary environment in accordance with local health codesAt no time shall a drink be served to any associate on the floor unless with prior approval from General ManagerComplete daily beverage inventory and issue requisitions to maintain par levels as needed, using full bottle for empty methodMonitor residents and guests for intoxication and report such findings to immediate supervisor, General Manager or Director of Nursing immediately and prior to serving the resident or guest additional drinksKeep immediate supervisor fully informed of all problems or matters requiring his or her attentionEnsure compliance with all local liquor laws, and health and sanitation regulationsEnsure that all side work is completed before leaving propertyEnsure that all restock and cleaning is performed at close of shiftMaintain records of inventory and purchases according to policyParticipate in on-going in-service and training requirementsFollow emergency proceduresUnderstand and comply with all Insp?r safety practices and procedures.Carry out other duties as assigned.Why You'll Love working for Us :
