Key Responsibilities :
- Provide outstanding customer service to all residents and visitors of residents in the community
- Facilitate socialization among residents by creating innovative programs / activities
- Invite and / or cue residents to participate in planned activities through resident outreach
- Conduct and / or lead a majority of the programs and alternative ensure appropriate personnel is leading the program
- Be flexible in work schedule to accommodate special events and evening / weekend programs
- Assists with the implementation of special events
- Assists with family functions and events
- Identify supplies needed for planned experienced
- Participate in on-going in-service and training requirements
- Follow emergency procedures
- Understand and comply with all Insp?r safety practices and procedures
- Carries out other duties as assigned by supervisor
