Job Description
The Leasing Director will play a critical role in driving the success of our community, leveraging their expertise in sales and marketing to attract new residents and build strong relationships with existing ones. This role requires a deep understanding of our community's unique needs and preferences, as well as the ability to develop and implement effective strategies to meet those needs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and marketing plan that drives resident acquisition and retention
- Build and maintain strong relationships with department heads, Executive Director, and General Manager to ensure seamless collaboration and communication
- Conduct regular community tours and host marketing events to showcase our community's amenities and services
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns to reach prospective residents
- Collaborate with the community's leadership team to develop and implement strategic plans that drive business growth and expansion
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, human services, or business management preferred
- 5 years of sales and marketing experience in hospitality or healthcare, with a proven track record of driving sales and revenue growth
- Excellent customer service and public relations skills
- Cheerful and welcoming personality
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
