Job Summary & Responsibilities
Our Retail Sales Team prides themselves on delivering high-level, first-rate experience for our customers. The customer experience is built by first helping them understand the knowledge surrounding retirement accounts and alternative assets. From there, we guide our customers through the process of account opening from start to finish. Our Inside Sales Representatives also offer a great mixture of communication along with foundational knowledge.
The Inside Sales Representative will focus on helping clients establish self-directed retirement accounts while maintaining new and current relationships. The Inside Sales Representative will work closely with the Business Development team to review and qualify warm & cold leads. The Inside Sales Representative should be comfortable presenting and speaking to clients individually, at events, or via small presentations. The Inside Sales Representative will have the opportunity to travel to events to further their base of sales skills while working cross-functionally with our Marketing and Executive Leadership team.

The compensation for this position will vary depending on factors such as your location, skills and experience. The compensation package may also include incentive and bonus opportunities.

- Identify sales opportunities within our new and current client base.
- Provide general support to the Business Development Rep ensuring monthly goals are met.
- Guide prospective clients through the retirement account process including account types and investments options (non-advisory)
- Report all leads and activities through HubSpot, our main client relationship management system.
- Prepare and present proposals.
- Collaborate with key decision-makers to identify and develop ideas that deliver sales results and excellent client experience.
