What are the responsibilities and job description for the AVP, Clinical Services - Administration - Mullica Hill position at Inspira Health Network?
MAJOR FUNCTION:
Reporting to the Chief Administrative Officer, this position provides day to day leadership over the operations of the hospital clinical areas including Cancer Center, Laboratory, Diagnostic Imaging, Cardiovascular, Pulmonary & Neuro-Diagnostic Services, Pharmacy, Environmental Services, Food and Nutrition, and Ambulatory Services. The Vice President of Clinical Operations leads and manages the operations team to help achieve the goals and objectives of each department. This position will direct the development and execution of the strategic plan to ensure the delivery of efficient services designed to meet the needs of our patients, increase market position, and enhance patient experience. Establishes infrastructure for interdisciplinary planning and meeting with key physician stakeholders. Leads utilizing high reliability tools to support safety and quality.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor s degree required.
- Master s degree Sciences, Healthcare Administration or Business Administration required.
- 5-10 years of leadership experience.
- Skilled in the areas of finance, business planning, strategic planning, marketing, program development, and patient experience.
- Clinical background and in-depth knowledge of hospital operations desirable.
