What are the responsibilities and job description for the Intern, HR Services - Human Resources - Garden position at Inspira Health Network?
MAJOR FUNCTION: Participation in various projects and/or initiatives in the HR Services area(s). This could include support roles in Benefit Programs, Compensation, HRIS, and/or our HR Service Center. Exposure to Oracle HR platform via data input and/or analysis. Frequent interaction with departmental personnel, both internal to HR and throughout the network would be likely. QUALIFICATIONS: Education Experience: Enrolled in a 4 year program preferably in Human Resources and preferably in their Junior or Senior Year. Proficiency in Excel required (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, charts, etc.) is preferred. Ability to prioritize tasks and handle numerous assignments simultaneously. Ability to organize, analyze and present data. Ability to be resourceful and work independently. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with a wide variety of internal and external customers. Handle confidential information with the utmost judgment and discretion. Certifications/ Licensure: N/A Knowledge Skills: Strong attention to detail. Sharp learning curve. Customer service skills. ?>
