MAJOR FUNCTION: Under the direction of the Community Impact Administrative Director, will implement and oversee Inspira's community outreach and engagement strategy. This role involves coordinating events, health fairs, mobile screenings, and educational presentations, working closely with Community Impact Grants Manager. Additionally, the Community Outreach Manager will support the Community Impact Coordinator with community benefit reporting and sponsorship processes. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversee Inspira Health's coordination of outreach initiatives and engagement efforts, including coordination of community health fairs, public and provider-facing educational presentations, events, and mobile screenings. Partner with key stakeholders within the organization to raise visibility of Inspira Health services across the region. Work collaboratively with the Community Impact Grants Manager to mobilize outreach staff for outreach and screening initiatives. Support the Community Impact Coordinator with Community Benefit reporting and Sponsorship Committee oversight and oversight of network wide community outreach volunteer opportunities. Oversee Inspira's FindHelp Community Based Organization outreach and onboarding efforts among community-based organizations to enhance utilization of FindHelp in South Jersey and increase closed-loop referrals. Manage and collect data and metrics for all outreach, screening, and education efforts network-wide, demonstrating clear outcomes. Expertise with Smartsheet preferred. Streamline outreach, screening, educational presentation, and mobile unit requests through the creation and oversight of an electronic referral and event communication pathway. Contribute to Inspira Health's triannual Community Health Needs Assessment data collection and dissemination coordination. Participate in Inspira Health's Grants Steering Committee. Assist with managing strategic partnerships with community-based organizations, government agencies, and nonprofits. Prepare and adhere to budgets for Community Impact programs and outreach initiatives. Promote enthusiasm and motivation for achieving organizational goals. Other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: Education Experience: Bachelors required (Public Health, Health Education, Health Promotion, or similar focus). 3 years of experience overseeing implementation of community health, outreach, and engagement programs and initiatives.
