Job Description
Performs patient assessment, determines priority of care and provides any immediate interventions, analyzes assessment data, formulates and implements plan of care and evaluates for effectiveness in collaboration with medical staff and in accordance with the policies and procedures of IHN.
Education & Experience :
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing with current licensure in the State of New Jersey as required by law.
- You must be enrolled in a BSN or MSN program from an accredited school of professional nursing and graduate on or before the second employment anniversary date into a nursing position.
- BSN or MSN graduates preferred.
- Grandfathered Exemption of Educational Requirement : Hired on or before June 1, 2013 - IMC. Hired on or before August 4, 2015 - IMCW
- One-year clinical experience required.
- Two (2) years ED experience preferred for per diem positions.
