What are the responsibilities and job description for the Technologist, MRI Part-time 15K sign on bonus- MRI - Mullica Hill position at Inspira Health Network?
Core competencies will be assessed primarily on the following patient populations(s) served: Cardiac/cardiovascular, mammary, GI, endocrine, renal, skeletal conditions and diseases including but not limited to: CAD, PVD, CVA/TIA, COPD, CHF, Oncology, etc. Produces MRI images of designated anatomical areas as ordered/directed by a licensed physician or practitioner, according to established practices and procedures. Education Experience: Accredited program in Radiologic Technology and training in Magnetic Resonance Imaging. Two (2) years as a staff MRI technologist preferred. Certification/Licensure: New Jersey license and ARRT preferred. MRI certification within 6 months of hire. BLS certified required. IV course completion or within 90 days of hire. Knowledge Skills: Knowledge of proper examination sequencing and preparations as appropriate to the ages of the patients served (neonate, pediatric, adult or geriatric). Physical Requirements: Lifts heavy objects. Subject to potential electrical and magnetic hazards. Must possess a valid drivers license and car insurance. Able to travel between sites as required. ?>
