Job Description
MAJOR FUNCTION :
The transport supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily transport operations. This individual will be responsible for transport procedures in addition to staff oversight. Staff oversight will include evaluations, hiring process, disciplinary process, and scheduling. Leads departmental process improvement initiatives. Ensures effective communication within Inspira. This individual will be responsible for transport procedures and ensuring proper, time sensitive completion. Responsible for monitoring equipment safety, maintenance, and cleanliness.
QUALIFICATIONS :
Education & Experience :
- High school Diploma / G.E.D. Equivalent required
- 2-4 years of progressive leadership experience preferred.
- 3-5 years patient Transport or related experience required.
