We are currently seeking a highly qualified LPN to join our growing healthcare team for part-time work and pay from $40-45 per visit. Offering flexible schedules. We provide highest quality of home care in the Denver, Elbert, Arapahoe, Adams, Douglas, Jefferson, Gilpin, El Paso, Boulder, Larimer, Clear Creek, Weld area.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience-preferred
- Must have a valid Colorado LPN license.
- Must be CPR Certified.
- Must have a driver license and auto insurance.
- Able to work in our servicing areas.
- Ability to exercise initiative and independent judgment.
LPN will give and assist in direct patient care while working under the supervision of the charge nurse (RN). Patients will be managed medically by the LPN. Assist the RN with patient population environmental safety and crisis management. Completes documentation and paperwork in a timely manner as per Agency policy. Immediately reports to Clinical Manager/Nursing Supervisor/RN any patient incidents/variances or complaints. The LPN will collaborate with the treatment team to maintain a consistent therapeutic environment.
