We are looking for results driven retail Sales Associates to be responsible for all sales activities, from lead generation through closing. Successful candidates will be able to elevate company standards, meet and exceed sales goals and client expectations.
Ensures high level of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features
- Maintain showroom areas in presentable condition
- Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
- Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
- Build productive trust relationships with customers
Requirements
- Proven working experience as a Sales Associate
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Proficiency in English, secondary language preferred but not required
- Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, professional attitude and presentation
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including weekends and some holidays
- Goal oriented and self-motivated towards professional and personal development
- Well-groomed, organized, and able to multi-task on various projects
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
