Our practice consists of a strong, interdisciplinary team of clinicians who are dedicated to improving the well-being of our community through providing outstanding mental health services. We are currently looking to add passionate, full-time contractual therapists to our clinical team to provide mental health therapy to individuals, couples, or families of all ages in a private practice setting. We offer both in-person and virtual therapy (must be willing to work from our main office at least some of the time), and work with a wide range of mental health issues. We are accepting applications for both fully-licensed clinicians with degrees in Social Work, Professional Counseling and Psychology.

Education and Experience
Ideal candidates will have clinical licensure in the State of Michigan and experience providing evidence-based interventions. LMSW, LPC, LMFT, Psy.D. or Ph.D. preferred.
Experience working with a diverse range of clients including SUD and LGBTQIA is preferred, however not required.
Responsibilities
- Conduct individual therapy sessions using evidence-based practices such as behavioral therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy. Assess patients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care for patients.
- Stay current with best practices in mental health counseling and continuously improve skills.
- Provide crisis intervention and support to patients experiencing acute mental health challenges as needed
Salary : $58,200 - $78,300
