Responsibilities
Investigate, manage, and resolve general liability and workers' compensation claims as assigned.
- Responsible for initial intake and reporting of new claims to our third-party claim administrator.
- Assist with claims preparation, including obtaining statements, collecting and cataloging evidence, and verifying medical treatment.
- Document claims in Riskonnect RMIS platform.
- Responsible for initial intake and reporting of new claims to our third-party administrator.
Assist Claims Analysts in completing administrative tasks.
Partner with Facilities team regarding insurance related tasks.
Assist Claims Manager in updating claim status reports.
Assist Risk Management Technology Manager with RMIS claim configuration, data imports, and testing.
Complete OSHA Surveys.
Review incoming guest experience surveys and determine reporting of new claims.
Assess incoming requests in Workday Help Center and Risk Management email.
