As a Lead Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in spearheading the development of mobile applications for our renowned global brands. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the development efforts in React Native for cross-platform (iOS and Android) mobile applications.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and propose technical solutions.
- Drive the activities of the engineering team, ensuring adherence to best practices and delivery of high-quality code.
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members.
- Champion scalable, reusable, and stable solutions that align with business objectives.
- Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies to enhance development processes.
- Facilitate the implementation of modern CI / CD pipelines.
- Ensure compliance with app store guidelines and understand key metrics for successful deployment.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and provide insights for future enhancements.
