PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
The eCommerce Associate Manager will play a critical support role in executing key day-to-day initiatives that drive eCommerce performance and enhance the digital customer experience. Reporting to the Digital Experience Senior Director, this role will assist with supporting major Digital experience initiatives, execution of eCommerce strategies, and support optimization efforts across app and web platforms. The Associate Manager will also collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and features that improve traffic, conversion, check size, and customer satisfaction.
RESPONSIBILITIES
eCommerce Execution and Coordination:
- Assist with the execution of eCommerce strategies, including content updates, promotions, and feature optimizations.
- Support seamless menu releases and UAT of all new menu items and merchandising to support those releases, along with app releases.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of eCommerce initiatives.
Optimization and Support:
- Support the implementation of enhancements to guest-facing and business-enabling features to include major Digital initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze eCommerce performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve traffic, conversion, check size, and CSAT.
- Assist in testing and quality assurance processes to ensure seamless user experiences across app and web platforms.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, analytics, IT, and product teams, to coordinate efforts and maintain alignment across Digital initiatives.
- Partner with in-house content teams to build imagery and creative constructs for app and web experiences.
- Project manage the content team to ensure deliverables, specs, and timelines are met.
- Provide regular updates to the Digital Experience Senior Director on project progress, challenges, and results.
Continuous Improvement:
- Participate in test-and-learn initiatives to optimize eCommerce strategies and performance.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities for improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related field.
Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, product, or related fields.
- Familiarity with mobile and web-based eCommerce platforms and tools.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting.
Skills and Abilities:
