What are the responsibilities and job description for the Data Analyst - Guest Experience position at Inspire Brands?
This role sits in our Atlanta Support Center and we are in-office 80% of the time. This role is not eligible for relocation at this time.
The position will work closely with dedicated brand analytics and operations teams to understand Guest Experience (GX) KPIs and provide strategic insights to drive decision making. The position will develop analytics based operational models, design testing/measurement plans, help manage the Inspire survey GX feedback program, and deliver actionable reporting solutions to drive improved Guest Experience.
The expectation is that this individual will become an expert on multiple sources of GX experience data and analytic models critical to business insights and decision-making across all Inspire brands.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Development of analytical models and decision tools to inform operations and brand leaders regarding all elements of the Guest experience and its impact on customer retention across the Inspire Brands portfolio.
- Maintaining and enhancing the GX feedback program, including data collection & integration, field facing dashboards and insights, and internal analytics support.
- Performing analysis to identify top drivers impacting restaurant performance from and provide data driven insights to drive change
- Support cross functional assignments and projects with analytic support requests made by brand counterparts
- Work as an operations data governance steward, partnering with the IT/data platform teams to ensure data accuracy
EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
Required: Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, engineering, statistics, or related field
EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION
2-3 years relevant experience in operations, business analysis, data management / reporting, or other related area
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS or ABILITIES
• Strong aptitude in understanding and developing of predictive analytical models
• Intermediate knowledge of SQL or Python, PowerBi
• Experience in automating reporting and implementing efficient processes that are scalable
• Experience in data management and validation through working with IT/data platform teams
• Experience in solving complex business problems through cross-functional work and analytics
• Interest/background in restaurant industry operations and a strong desire to shape the future of operations at Inspire Brands
