JOB SUMMARY
- Focused on achieving Inspire Brands goal for NUG (net unit growth) for the assigned Brands (Arby’s, BR, BWW, BWW GO, Dunkin’, JJ, Sonic)
- Participate in creating and executing sales strategy to achieve or beat annual development commitment targets and new restaurant openings
- Relationship management with large national partners
- Sales of development commitments to existing, cross brand and prospective new franchisees
- Lead generation, candidate qualification, negotiations, agreement execution
- Manage, mentor, coach and develop team of franchise sales professionals
- Engage with Brand teams to foster strong business relationships and be an expert on the respective brands.
- Become a trusted advisor to the Brand teams that you support.
- Participate in recommending update to FDD’s
- Forecasting, reporting and long-range planning
- Fostering the OneInspire culture

- Selling (prospecting, supporting franchisee RFP process, franchisee relationship management, managing franchisee life-cycle from lead to agreement execution) 65%

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree (Min)
- MBA (Preferred) Business or related discipline
- CFE (preferred)
EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION
- 3 years Sales Experience Fast casual, QSR, and full service preferred Restaurant operations a plus
- 5 years Non-Traditional Industry Experience (airport, higher education, etc.)
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS or ABILITIES
- Ability to effectively promote, sell and negotiate with small network franchisees to sophisticated organizations
- Ability to utilize experience to determine candidates with a high likelihood of success and best fits for our brands
- Financial acumen (P&L’s, Cash on cash returns, incentive generation, etc.)
- Detailed understanding of financial and contractual components of franchise agreements
- Detailed knowledge of FDD’s, legal aspects of franchising, contracts as well as construction and industry standards
- Ability to maintain relationships with a variety of constituents
- Excellent oral and written skills to include formal presentation experience including preparation
- Comfortable with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and other systems utilized by the development team
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of sales individuals
Travel Required
- Yes – industry conferences and other industry meetings, annual franchisee business reviews, team meetings, etc.
