The Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) Manager is responsible for developing strategic briefs, creative and comms strategies for the Buffalo Wild Wings brand. In this role, the IMC Manager will work cross-functionally within the BWW Marketing Team and with agency partners to deliver engaging integrated campaigns with the purpose of driving brand relevance and consideration. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects with enthusiasm and a detail-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities :
- Deliver best-in-class, strategic creative and integrated campaigns. Manage creative development from brief through to final execution, including campaign development, concept selection, creative refinement, production and final delivery. Responsible for linear / digital video, audio / podcasts, paid social, and digital channels.
- Day-to-day interaction with and project management of Agency of Record and Integrated Agency Team.
- Work cross-functionally between IMC teams (e.g., merchandising, acts / social), additional marketing teams (e.g., Media, Brand Experience, Category Management) and other internal stakeholders to gather relevant information for briefs and deliver integrated creative for strategic marketing platforms.
- Collaborate with media teams to recommend creative rotations, develop messaging grids and traffic creative. Facilitate campaign and asset performance reviews and apply learnings to future campaigns.
- Provide brand stewardship for the organization by promoting consistent execution of the brand visual identity and tone of voice across internal teams and agency partners.
- Responsible for ongoing management of production budgets (reviewing estimates, submitting invoices, keeping production budget tracker up to date, submitting accruals, reviewing subledger for accuracy).
