The Product Manager will lead the strategic direction, requirements, support implementation, and continuous improvement of different finance modules within Oracle’s ERP. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, a deep understanding of product development lifecycles, and the ability to manage complex stakeholder needs while delivering high-quality, scalable solutions. 

 

You will do this by collaborating with cross-functional teams, including business, vendors, other product teams, engineering, finance, HR, and business intelligence. The role focuses on delivering business value through enhancing operational efficiency, decision-making agility, and maintaining Inspire's competitive advantage in a dynamic market environment.  

RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Product Strategy & Roadmap: 

    • Define & own product vision and roadmap for Oracle ERP solutions, aligning with business goals and stakeholder needs. 

    • Lead the design and delivery of innovative solutions tailored to accounting and finance operations. 

    • Stay updated on Oracle Cloud product enhancements and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization. 

    • Conduct gap analyses to identify product improvement areas and propose cost-effective solutions. 

    • Implementation: 

    • Work with the business and solution design for config, customization, and integration 

    • Oversee end-to-end product delivery, including configuration, customization, and integration of Oracle Cloud modules such as Advanced Collections, RMCS, and Bill Management. 

    • Collaborate with IT and Enterprise Applications teams to ensure alignment with best practices and successful implementation. 

    • Monitor and resolve system issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring uninterrupted performance. 

    • Manage data flows between third-party systems, internal applications, and external banking partners. by ensuring that dependencies are identified and managed through a collaboration with other PMs or development teams. 

    • Stakeholder Engagement: 

    • Partner with cross-functional teams, including IT, accounting, and external vendors, to ensure seamless product deployment and adoption. 

    • Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for Oracle Cloud solutions, providing regular updates, insights, and support to stakeholders. 

    • Facilitate communication between technical teams and business users, ensuring clarity and alignment on requirements and solutions. 

    • Drive user training programs and support change management efforts to maximize adoption of new features and processes. 

    • Quality Assurance & Compliance: 

    • Develop and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring thorough documentation of test cases and results. 

    • Conduct quality assurance to validate system changes, ensuring minimal disruption to accounting and finance operations. 

    • Ensure all processes and solutions adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and SOX compliance requirements. 

    • Utilize tools like Smartsheet to provide real-time project tracking and reporting to leadership. 

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

    • 5 years Oracle ERP, including at least 3 years focused on Oracle Financials module. 
    • 3 years Product management experience working on enterprise platforms
    • 4 year degree

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

      • 5 years of experience with Oracle ERP , including at least 3 years focused on Oracle Financials modules. 

      • 3 years of experience as product manager preferably in QSR, Hospitality, Retail or CPG 

      • Expertise in Oracle Cloud modules (e.g., Advanced Collections, RMCS, Bill Management, AR subledger). 

      • Strong understanding of SaaS applications, financial systems, and system integrations. 

      • Experience managing and troubleshooting large-scale data flows and third-party system interfaces. 

      • Proficiency in tools like Smartsheet, with a focus on project tracking and reporting. 

      • Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies. 

      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. 

      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of translating technical requirements into business solutions. 

      • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. 

      • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships at all organizational levels. 

      • Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes 

      • Experience working with teams across geographies is a plus
